When I initially went in I had a very low rank. If you went in and dominate the wolf pack, which most humans cannot do because they live largely by scent. You then get taught their world. You get disciplined the same way as they do. You get muzzled, you get nips and bites that need stitches, but in their world it’s perfectly acceptable. So by doing that you then open yourself up to their language and communication and the way they talk to each other. They’ll then trust you as a family member to actually give you some of their secrets.
